The downstairs contains the kitchen, dining area, living room with woodburning stove, master bedroom with kingsize bed, and bath with shower. It has a cathedral ceiling that opens to the second floor with a balcony at the upper level. The upper level has one bedroom with a queensize bed and a balcony, one bedroom with twin beds, and a connecting bath with a tub/shower.
You can hear and see the stream from the front deck.
The kitchen has all electric appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a hand mixer, toaster, microwave, slow-cooker, blender and coffee maker. A phone and cable TV are furnished. We furnish all linens, dishes and cooking utensils. You must bring all paper products (tissue, paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags, etc.) and all soap products.
We have a cleaning crew that comes in to wash linens and clean the house after you leave on Saturday morning. The cleaning fee is $50 and is in addition to the rental fee. You must be out of the house by 11 a.m. on Saturday to allow time for cleaning so that the next guests may come into the house by 3 p.m.
